Nakashima Golf was the first company to have playable interchangeable connection between shaft and head technology approved by the United Sates Golf Association. As a result Nakashima Golf’s Drivers, Fairway Metals and Utility Metals are the most adjustable clubs in the market for face angle and lie angle.

Nakashima Golf have tested their club heads on every available shaft in the golf market and have compiled a comprehensive list of shafts that offer golfers of all abilities the chance to launch their ball with power and precision. Variations in materials, frequency, deflection point and weight allow us, the fitter, to engineer your clubs with superior playing characteristics.

Our computerized launch monitor and swing speed meter are calibrated with Nakashima’s propriety software to provide vital launch data to provide the most perfect fit available in the industry.

Our comprehensive workshop comprises of all necessary equipment to build your clubs with exact precision. Our shaft frequency analyzer allows us to match the frequency (relative flex) of each and every club with a choice of 13 different playing flexes.
Our tour preferred Mitchell loft and lie machine allows us to bend your club heads to custom lofts as well as bend your lie angle to ensure all clubs land flat on the ground at ball impact resulting in consistency in initial ball launch.

Our unique technique of installing and uninstalling grips with compressed air allow us to prepare your clubs in a very short period of time. We are able then to refine your grip sizes to the nth degree.

The Process

1. Any existing equipment is comprehensively analyzed for correct specifications of club length, lie, loft, swing weight, total weight, shaft frequency and grip size. You will be informed of any irregularities by one of our PGA professional staff who will also personally explain to you the cause and effect of such imperfections.

2. Individual desires, motivations and objectives are established. We then engineer equipment specific to your body type and swing type to assist in maximizing your golfing performance and pleasure.

3. Ball flight launch and clubhead movement characteristics are collected from our computerized analysis equipment. Vital data such as clubhead speed, ball speed, ball launch angle and ball spin are monitored.

4. Optimum specifications are compiled using a combination of shaft and head components with varying head lofts, head designs, head weights, shaft frequencies, shaft deflection properties, shaft weight, swing weight and total weight.

5. Clubs are optimized for length, loft and lie angle, grip size and material, swing weighted

7. Your fitted equipment will be continually monitored by your fitter at our periodic complimentary follow up evaluation sessions. Any adjustments for loft and lie will are performed complimentary.

8. Satisfaction warranty – 1 month re-fitting if you are not totally satisfied with your equipments performance.
